Obituary

Angelo J. Chiusano, 90, of Iselin, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at home on August 16, 2022. He was born on April 16, 1932 in Elizabeth. Angelo was the Owner/Operator of Chiusano Plumbing and Heating in Woodbridge. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Elizabeth, Class of 1950. Angelo served in the US Navy aboard the USS Currituck during the Korean War. He was a member of the NJ State League of Master Plumbers. He loved spending time with his family, enjoyed traveling and going to Atlantic City. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Joseph's in Roselle.

Angelo was predeceased by his brother, Paul Chiusano, and his sister, Rosemarie Woods.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Lucille (nee DeMaio) Chiusano, of Iselin; a daughter, Debbie Seneca, and her husband, Lou, of Aberdeen; a son, Joseph Chiusano, and his wife, Maria, of Freehold; four grandchildren: David Hauenstein, and his wife, Jenn; Dana Terpenning, and her husband, Drew; and Joey and Gianna Chiusano; three great-grandchildren: Dexter, Ellie, Sadie, and one on the way; and a brother, Joseph Chiusano.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 21, 2022, 5-8 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral services will be Monday 10:30 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.
