Angel Figueroa, 96, of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully on Wednesday morning, August 29, 2018, at the Venetian Care and Rehab Center, South Amboy.

Born in Aricibo, Puerto Rico, he had resided in Perth Amboy since 1956.

He retired from Regal Bedding in Perth Amboy after over 33 year with the company.

He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Elizabeth Rios Figueroa, who died in December of 1997.

Angel leaves behind his four beloved children; Angel Luis Figueroa and his wife Susana, of Hightstown, Jaime Figueroa and his wife Zenaida, of Perth Amboy, Sonia Remigio and her husband Jaime, of Edison and Leonor Rodriguez and her husband Domingo, of Perth Amboy, his 10 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Friday, August 31, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave. Perth Amboy, NJ 08861., with a funeral services on Saturday, September 1, 2018, at 10 am, at the funeral home with Rev. Nicolas Norena officiating. Interment will follow, in Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy.
