Obituary of Andrew W. Mizerak Jr.


Andrew W.(Bill) Mizerak, Jr., 72, of Monroe Township, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at the J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Mr. Mizerak was born in Perth Amboy to the late Andrew W. and Yolan Mizerak Sr. and had previously lived in Woodbridge Township before moving to Monroe Township a year ago. He was employed with the U.S. Postal Service for twenty one years as a maintenance mechanic before retiring in 2012. Andrew was predeceased by a sister Margaret. He is survived by his loving wife of forty nine years, Judith Ann Mizerak, his son, Daniel Mizerak and his wife Kirsten of Linthicum Heights, MD, his daughter, Veronica Mizerak and her husband Ray Tomei of Middlesex, NJ, his sister, Maryann Coberly of Winter Haven, FL. and three grandchildren. Andrew was a great Dad, avid bowler and poker player and loved trips to Atlantic City. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Followed by a 10:30 am mass in the St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Perth Amboy. Memorial visitation hours will be held Friday from 7 to 9 pm.
