Andrew "Angie" "Duke" Kulpa, Jr., 73 of Edison, formerly of Fords, passed peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at the JFK Medical Center in Edison.

Born Perth Amboy and raised in Fords, NJ, he was formerly of the Iselin section of Woodbridge Twp., before moving to Edison several years ago.

He was a graduate of John F Kennedy High School in Iselin.

He was formerly employed as a warehouseman for Consumer Distributors in Raritan Center in Edison.

He was also a musician, and played bass guitar with several local bands for years.

He was also an avid fan of the NY Mets Baseball team.

He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Ann (Galgani) Kulpa, and his brother Scott Kulpa.

He leaves behind his beloved daughter, Sarah Victoria Cookson of the United Kingdom, and his two brothers, David Kulpa and his wife Patricia of Browns Mills, NJ and Gerald Kulpa and his life's partner, Lynn A. Cowan of Collingswood, NJ., and his sister, Renay Olkusz of Metuchen.

Visitation will take place on Monday, October 16, 2023, from 10 am to 12 noon at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863, concluding with a funeral service at 12 noon at the funeral home.

Interment will take place in St. James Cemetery, Woodbridge.
