Alyse Chavonne Johnson, 37, of Jersey City, passed away on November 26, 2023.  Born on January 11, 1986, to Michelle Johnson and Todd Smith, she was a Homemaker.

Alyse is survived by her son, Thomas Lemish; her parents, Michelle Johnson and Todd Smith; her sister, Jessica Brie Johnson; her aunts, Lisa Johnson, Denice Johnson, and Johann Johnson; and her uncle, Joseph Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861 from 10:00 am until 12:00 Noon with a funeral service at Noon.  Interment will follow in Forest Green Memorial Park, Morganville, NJ.
