Alma Bernice Guarnieri, 93, of Perth Amboy, passed away at home on July 11, 2014. She was born, April 6, 1921, in Perth Amboy and has resided there her whole life. She was a homemaker. She was a communicant of Holy Rosary Church and a member of the Ladies Guild of Holy Rosary Church. Beatrice enjoyed baking and cooking.

She was predeceased by her husband, Louis U. Guarnieri, in 1996; son, Thomas Guarnieri and daughter-in-law, Nancy Guarnieri.

She is survived by two sons, Louis Guarnieri and his wife Barbara of Toms River and Edward Guarnieri and his wife Rosanne, of Edison; seven grandchildren: Louis, Anthony, Sandra Guarnieri, Gina Alcaide, Edward, Thomas and Vincent Guarnieri; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, William Blanchard of South Carolina and sister, Gladys Zigre; many nieces and nephews including Karen Wick and her husband Dave.

Visitation will be Sunday 4-8 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral services will begin Monday 9 am at the funeral home followed by a 9:30 am Funeral Liturgy in Good Shepherd Parish at Holy Rosary Church. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
