Alfred J. Malgieri, 70, of Fords, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Mr. Malgieri was born in Elizabeth to the late Louis and Elizabeth Gastgaber Malgieri and had previously lived in Perth Amboy before moving to Fords four years ago.

He was employed by Aaron & Company in Piscataway for ten years before retiring in 2011. Alfred was predeceased by his beloved wife Joan in 2011.

He is survived by his two loving daughters, Holly Malgieri of Fords and Jean Marie Rosario of Ladson, SC., his two sisters, Roseanne Acevedo of Allentown, PA and Janice Duncak of Jasper, GA., Leo and Lisa Marmurczak of North Brunswick, nieces Jill Marmurczak of Franklin, Lori Marmurczak of North Brunswick, six grandchildren and a great niece Ava. A memorial service will be held Saturday 8/4/18 at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Visitation hours will be held Saturday from 2-4 pm.
