Obituary of Albina Mary Ifko
Albina Mary Ifko, 93 , of Hopelawn, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Ifko was born in Chicago, Illinois , to the late Stephen and Maria Spiclin and had resided in Hopelawn for the last fifty-seven years.
She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker.
Albina was a faithful Roman Catholic, devoted to our Blessed Mother. She was a dedicated member of the Good Shepherd Parish in Hopelawn.
She was predeceased by two brothers Daniel and Steven Spiclin, and her sister Mary Hozjan. Surviving are her beloved husband of fifty -six years Stefan Ifko, her son Steven and wife Priscila of Piscataway and her devoted nieces Mitzi and Rose Hozjan.
Funeral services will be held Monday 9:30 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave. in Fords. Followed by a 10am Mass in the Good Shepherd Parish-Most Holy Rosary Church in Hopelawn. Entombment will follow in the Good Shepherd Chapel Mausoleum at St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation hours will be held Sunday from 7-9pm.
