Benjamin proudly served in the Navy during WWII as a Chief Petty Officer. He was President and CEO of Bayonne Tool and Dye Manufacturing Company for 60 years, retiring in 2001. He was a member of the Polish National Home and the American Legion Post #243 both in South Plainfield. He was predeceased by his first wife, Helen Pszczolkowski Wisniewski who died in 2005. Surviving are his wife, Elzbieta Janukiewicz Wisniewski, his daughters, Janet Mickelsen of Matawan, NJ, Joan Tyson and her husband, Robert of Plainsboro, NJ and Karen Brady and her husband, Alan of Weehawken, NJ and his 2 granddaughters, Kathryn Mickelsen of Matawan and Ginny Fuller of Boston.
