Stella Morgan, age 85, died on Wednesday at her home in Hopelawn. She was born and resided in Perth Amboy moving to Hopelawn 60 years ago. Stella was a Hospital Administrator for 20 years at Raritan Bay Medical Center, retiring in 1997. She was a communicant of Holy Spirit Church in Perth Amboy and a member of the Hopelawn Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband, John Morgan who died in 1998. Surviving are her sons and daughter-in-law, John Morgan, Jr. of Hopelawn and Gary and JoAnn Morgan of North Myrtle Beach, SC, her 3 grandchildren, Laurie, Wendy and Tiffany and her 7 great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Florence Duffy of Woodbridge and Jean LaBeau of Massachusetts, her brother, Edward Wojnar of Fords, her caregiver, Yanna and her nurses, Bella and Carol.
