Maria Laureano, age 71 of Deltona, FL, died on Saturday at West Volusia Care Center in Orange City, FL. She was born in Manati, Puerto Rico and had resided in Perth Amboy before moving to Deltona 5 years ago. Maria was a member of the Puerto Rican Women’s Association in Perth Amboy. Surviving are her former husband, Luis A. Rivera of Perth Amboy, her sons and daughters-in-law, Harry and Frances of Puerto Rico, Louis and Ana of Avenel and Ricky and Lillian of East Stroudsburg, PA and her 6 grandchildren, Maribel, Janet Lee, Tony, Kristy, Dana A., and Alexis R. Also surviving are her 2 great grandchildren, her brothers Jose Luis and Angelo Laureano and her sister, Carmen Rivera.
