Eleanor Kuzmak, age 82 of Edison, died on Tuesday at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was born and raised in Perth Amboy and she was a 1944 graduate of Perth Amboy High School. She had been employed by the Garden State Parkway Administrative Offices as an Executive Assistant for several years. Mrs. Kuzmak was a life-long member of the Ukrainian Catholic Church in Perth Amboy and a member of the church’s St. Ann’s Society. She was also a member of the Clara Barton Senior Citizens and AARP # 3446. She was preceded in death by her husband, John who died in 2007, her brother, John Petenko and her sister, Ann “Pat” Lishak. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Craig Guiffre of Scotch Plains, NJ, her grandchildren, John and Taylor Guiffre also of Scotch Plains, her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Gloria Petenko of Edison and several nieces and nephews.
