Barbara Ann Cassullo, age 57 of Fords, died on Thursday in JFK Hartwyck Nursing, Convelescent and Rehabilitation Center at Edison Estates in Edison. She was born in Elizabeth and had resided in Keansburg, Perth Amboy and Edison. Barbara was a Licensed Practical Nurse for Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy for 15 years and also worked for H &R Block in Linden for a year. She was a member of the Perth Amboy Moose Lodge and was an avid bowler at the Majestic Lanes in Perth Amboy. She was predeceased by her father, Salvatore Cassullo and her sister, Dolores Lee Lapsley. Surviving are her twin daughters, Tara and Tammy Moran, with whom she resided in Fords, her sister, Carol Gobel of Keyport and her mother, Agnes Cassullo of Keansburg. Also surviving are nine nieces and nephews and five great nieces and great nephews.
