Lorraine S. Borkowski, age 58 of Perth Amboy, died on Thursday at University Hospital in Newark. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Perth Amboy.

Lorraine was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Perth Amboy for the past 8 years where she was also a member of the choir and helped organize the summer picnic.

Surviving are her fiancé, Horace W. Hayes, her daughters, Patricia Bednar of Nesquehoning, PA, Kim Mitchell of Sayreville, NJ, Niccole Hayes of Newark, NJ and Chareece Hayes of Perth Amboy, NJ, her ten grandchildren, her sisters, Patricia Wernett of Nesquehoning, PA and Rose Baranowski of Somerville, NJ and her brother, Richard Borkowski of Ocean, NJ.
